It was a pretty good day today. I got to do a lot of work around the house. There is so much to clean up.

I don't think they mean this. |
We started building a place where the fruits can be processed--weighed, packed, etc.--and it was interesting to see how Avi plans and constructs, on the go mainly.

A new cat came a callin'. |
Here is one of my favorite snacks here (Not the cat on the right but the nuts and garlic on the left, silly.) The goats get peanut hay, and there is still a bunch of nuts in it. So we glean from their food snacks for us. The garlic is home-grown and delicious. I explained that I like it and it keeps the bugs off of me because I eat so much of it raw so they gave us a bunch for our cabin.
As I was cleaning I had to take the recycling, which I don't think has been taken for some time. It was easy to see what went where for the most part, but I was extra proud of myself for knowing that this says "cardboard only." I'm practicing daily on my Hebrew; I'm listening to Pimsleur recordings, which are great if you're trying to learn a new language. And I'm going through Hebrew text books. Then, as my vocabulary is growing I'm making sentences and saying them to whoever will listen. Sometimes the sentences are so out of context that the Hebrew speakers are taken aback. Plus my pronunciation just sucks. This is in part because I'm apprehensive and won't just say it and because the language is just tough.
